Letterman jackets for schools, teams and brands
A varsity jacket is built in pieces: a wool body, leather or vinyl sleeves, a knit collar, cuffs and waistband in your stripes, and snap buttons down the front. You choose every color, and we build it to your design.
Chenille patches, embroidered names and back lettering finish it off. Schools and teams use them for letter winners and seniors, and fashion brands use them for limited drops under their own label.
The minimum is 50 pieces per style, with sizes mixed. Check the wool, sleeves and patches on your sample before bulk.
School, team and brand orders
Schools and teams order varsity jackets for a year group or a squad, each with the student's name or number. Clothing brands order letterman jackets as a statement piece. A new design or color starts a new style.

Varsity jacket questions
Leather or vinyl sleeves?
Leather is the classic choice and costs more. Vinyl looks close and keeps the price down. Your sample shows you the difference.
Can each student's name go on the jacket?
Names can be embroidered on the front or the inside, from your list, priced with your quote.
Do you make the chenille patches?
Chenille letters and patches are made to your artwork as part of the jacket order.
How do students choose sizes?
Measure over a hoodie, since varsity jackets are usually worn over one. Our size guide has the chart.
Do you make varsity jackets for brands?
We do, under your own label, in the colors and patches you design.
Can the jacket have a hood?
A knit or fleece hood can be added. Jackets with and without a hood count as two styles.
