How ordering works
What happens from the day you send your design to the day your boxes arrive, and how long each part takes.

What to send us
A finished file is ideal, but you don't need one to get started.
- Your design file in AI, PDF, EPS or CDR. Vector files give the sharpest print.
- If you don't have a file yet, a tech pack, a mockup or a clear reference image of the garment works too.
- Your logos, in vector format if you have them.
- How many pieces of each style, and in which sizes.
- The date you need the order.
Your design stays yours
We never sell or reuse a customer's design, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you send it.
We don't have a design service, so the design needs to come from you or your designer.

Free
Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a price and lead time. There's no fixed price list, because every order depends on the design, the fabric and the quantity.
Sample
About 7 days
We make one sample of your design and ship it to you. The sample is charged separately. Try it on, check the fabric, print and stitching, and tell us anything you want changed before you sign it off.
Deposit
50%
Once you approve the sample, you pay a 50% deposit and your order goes into production.
Production
10 to 12 business days
That's the usual time after your deposit clears. American football, baseball and ice hockey uniforms can take a little longer, and for orders over 500 pieces we give you a timeline with your quote.
Checking and packing
Every piece is checked, pressed, tagged and packed before it leaves the factory.
Balance and shipping
8 to 10 days
You pay the remaining 50% before we ship. Your order goes by DHL, FedEx or UPS with tracking. Bulk orders usually ship DDP (delivered duty paid), so import duties and taxes are already paid and there's nothing to pay at your door. We confirm shipping terms on every quote.
Names, numbers and sizes
For team orders, send a roster with each player's name, number and size. Sizes can be mixed freely within the 50-piece minimum per style, at no extra cost.
