Triathlon suits made from your design for clubs, race teams and brands, fully sublimated, with a pad you can swim, ride and run in.
Tri suits for clubs, teams and brands
We make one-piece tri suits, sleeveless or with short sleeves, and two-piece tri tops and shorts. Each one has a thin tri pad that dries quickly after the swim and stays comfortable on the bike and the run.
The fabric is a stretch polyester-spandex, sublimated from neck to hem, with a front or back zip and leg grippers. Brands can have the suits made under their own labels and packaging.
The minimum is 50 pieces per style, with sizes mixed. Club cycling kit is on our cycling clothing page and can share your design.
Club runs and brand ranges
Triathlon clubs usually order one suit design for members each season. Race teams order suits with sponsors, and brands order a range in men's and women's cuts. One-piece and two-piece versions are separate styles.

Tri suit questions
Is a tri pad the same as a cycling chamois?
No. A tri pad is thinner and dries faster, so you can run in it. Cycling bib shorts use a thicker chamois for long rides.
Front zip or back zip?
Front zips are easier to get in and out of. Back zips sit flatter and are often chosen for racing. Tell us which with your design.
Will the suit meet race rules?
Race rules set things like shoulder coverage and zip length. Send us your federation's rules and we'll cut the suit to them.
Do you make women's tri suits?
Women's suits have their own pattern and can share your design in the same order.
Can the suit have rear pockets?
Two rear pockets for gels are a common request. Mark it on your design.
Can we order tri suits with our cycling jerseys?
They can share the design and ship together. Each garment counts as its own style.
