How we make custom jerseys
Send us your design file, or a reference image of a jersey you like, and we'll make a sample in your colors, fabric and cut. Once you approve it, we make the full order at our factory in Sialkot.
Most jerseys are sublimated: the design is printed into the polyester, so there's no limit on colors and nothing to crack or peel. Baseball, hockey and football jerseys can also have tackle twill numbers and lettering sewn on, and polos usually carry an embroidered crest. Jerseys for whole leagues and programs
Leagues order one jersey template in a color for every team. Clubs order home, away and goalkeeper jerseys for every age group, and teamwear dealers send their customers' designs to make under their own labels. Each color and design counts as its own style.

Custom jersey questions
Can every player have their own name and number?
Send a roster with each name, number and size, and every jersey is printed to match. On sublimated jerseys that costs nothing extra.
What's the minimum for custom jerseys?
50 pieces per style, with sizes mixed. Home and away jerseys are two styles.
Can you match a jersey we already wear?
Send clear photos of the front, back and sleeves, with your logo files. You'll see how close we got on the sample before bulk.
How long do custom jerseys take?
About a week for the sample, 10 to 12 business days of production after your deposit, and 8 to 10 days for delivery by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Do you sell jerseys one at a time?
No. We make team and brand orders from 50 pieces per style, and we don't keep stock.
Who pays the import duty?
Bulk orders usually ship DDP, so import duties and taxes are paid before delivery. We confirm shipping terms on every quote.
