Yes, and every order starts with one. We make your sample in about 7 days and ship it to you, so you can check the fabric, print and stitching before anything goes into bulk production. Samples are charged separately, and we confirm the delivery time with your quote.
For 50 to 500 pieces, production usually takes 10 to 12 business days after your deposit clears, not including shipping. Some complex items, like American football, baseball and ice hockey uniforms, can take longer. For orders over 500 pieces, contact us for a timeline.
50 pieces per style. You can mix sizes within those 50 pieces at no extra cost.
Yes. That's all we do. Send us your design file, tech pack, mockup or a reference image and we'll make it to your requirements. We don't sell ready-made designs, and we don't offer a design service.
Anywhere in the world, by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Delivery usually takes 8 to 10 days. Bulk orders normally ship DDP (delivered duty paid), which means import duties and taxes are paid before delivery and there's nothing to pay at your door. We confirm shipping terms on every quote.
We accept bank wire transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Xoom and TapTapSend. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.
Yes. We make your design, so we need a design file, tech pack, mockup or reference image from you to get started. We don't offer a design service.
No. We don't keep stock or sell designs of our own. The designs on this website are mockups we made to show what we can produce. Every order is made from the buyer's own design, from 50 pieces per style.

We always try to match colors as closely as possible. There may sometimes be a very slight difference due to fabric or printing, but it is usually hardly noticeable.
We mainly use CMYK for sublimation printing. RGB files are also accepted, though colors may shift slightly during conversion.
Player names, numbers and sponsor logos can be added to sublimated jerseys. We confirm the price with your quote.
We prefer vector files for the best print quality. Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS, and CDR.
We use high-quality polyester and polyester-spandex blends that are lightweight and breathable. Different fabric options are available depending on your needs.
Yes, we manufacture products under your brand. We can add your logos, labels, and custom packaging as per your specifications.
