This page explains what personal data we collect through janleticsports.com, why, who helps us process it, and your choices.

What we collect and why

• Quote requests (Request a Quotation page): When you send a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country, order quantity and message, your answers to “What will you send us?”, “Who are you ordering for?” and “Date you need the order”, and any files you upload. We use these details only to reply to your request and, if you place an order, to make and ship it.
• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email, country, contact number and message, used to answer you.
• WhatsApp and email: if you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Website statistics: we measure how the site is used (pages viewed, and whether a quote or contact form was sent, an item was added to a quote, or a WhatsApp, phone or email link was clicked) with Google Analytics 4. It runs through Cloudflare Zaraz on Cloudflare’s servers, so no Google script runs in your browser, and your IP address is not passed to Google. We use the statistics only to improve the site.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Legal basis (visitors in the UK and EU)

Quotes and enquiries: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. Security and spam protection: our legitimate interest in keeping the site and its forms safe. Website statistics: your consent, given or refused in the cookie banner.

Service providers who process data for us

• Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks, provides cookieless visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and checks our forms and login page with Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare Zaraz loads Google Analytics on Cloudflare’s servers. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Google: emails from our website are sent through Google’s mail servers (Gmail), and Google Analytics 4 receives the website statistics described above. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Hostinger hosts the website and stores the form submissions and quote requests, in its data center in Singapore. See Hostinger’s privacy policy.

Cookies and similar storage

• Strictly necessary: Cloudflare’s security cookie (cf_clearance) when a security check is needed. Your country, as reported by Cloudflare, is kept in your browser’s local storage for 7 days only to decide whether the cookie banner applies to you, and your banner choice is kept there too.
• Analytics: cf_zaraz_client and cfz_google-analytics_v4 (1 year) and cfzs_google-analytics_v4 (session), set by Cloudflare Zaraz for Google Analytics 4, and cf_consent (1 year), which records that analytics are allowed.
• Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK see a banner. Until you click Accept, no analytics code is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. If you click Decline, nothing is sent. To change your choice later, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser and the banner will show again.
• Visitors elsewhere (including the USA, Canada and Australia): analytics cookies are used without a banner. You can block them in your browser’s cookie settings.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and quote details for 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires. Website statistics are kept in Google Analytics for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing contact@janleticsports.com. Visitors in the UK and EU can also complain to their data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, our website is hosted in Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Cloudflare, Google and Hostinger publish data processing terms that include safeguards for international transfers.

We update this page when our practices change. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
